Hi!!! I've come to do a random summary of my year so far, as far as I can remember. I'm just picking pictures from my camera roll and blogging from my phone (lazy much) but yeah!! I'm supposed to be studying but I'll do it soon after!!! :))) 

This picture was taken at chu xi! Literally one of the best days in the year so far :') went for lunch with soppy after school and we ate lunchbox. We were so obedient haha. Lunchbox said that we cant eat any outside food so we didn't drink the koi we bought :D :D hahaha. We spent super long just talking while sitting on a bench. Thank you sop for accompanying me to shop for Chinese New Year clothes!! Yes I bought just one dress a day before cny hahaha. 


Had chu xi dinner with my dad's side and mum'a side at west coast plaza!! Which was great because I got to see relatives from both sides :-)

We've been going to the place next to the esplanade every chu xi for a few years now. It's always been super fun!! This year the decoration on the ceiling was really intricate and chinese-sy haha.

Fireworks this year was really pretty!!! My little bro shot the entire about 3-5 minutes of fireworks display and hardly got to watch it.. Then in the car he accidentally deleted the video. He was so sad he went to sleep haha sry josh

Dinner at makan sutra which was so yummy!!! The chicken was so yummy oh my gosh. And it was the first time I ate mango sticky rice!! I hardly get to go out late at night so I was like yay!!!!! Hahaha I sound like such a kid hehe. That was the end of a really really great day!!! And all I can remember. I remember I was smiling and spamming Instagram like crazy that day thank you God for so much overflowing blessings and joy! 


On to chu yi! Hehe wearing the dress I bought the day before with sop :-) with my cousin Charyse, who looks a lot like my sister!!! :-))

I don't have much pictures for chu er and chu san but we did visiting both days and it was super fun!! I had too much sour candy. On chu er, dearest tammie puff came to my church!!! 💖💖 she said she learnt a lot from the sermon :') thank God for that! ❤️❤️ Also, when my family and I visited one of my relatives house, the door was left open, and without us knowing, my sis silently crept out of the house, wearing my mum's high heels. We were so scared and freaking out but thank God she was found climbing down the stairs -___- I was so frightened because I thought of the rubbish chute and at one point I thought she threw herself down the rubbish chute. Scared me so much. This is not really paranoia okay!! One time I heard a story similar to this but I won't say iy in case it scares you like it scared me haha. On chu san, I wore the cheongsam my grandma made me two years ago :-)) yay yay yay :-)



On chu si, which was Monday, I actually planned to study because I was not studying nearly the whole few days break but my parents and aunt decided to bring us out to the beach. Before that we created a bank account! More like my mum was doing it while my siblings and I were outside in the lounge area enjoying all the free drinks and biscuits hahaha. Just a taste of the posh life haha. I ordered latte macchiato because I thought it sounded very posh but it was too bitter for me hahaha.

Before I forget... I finally learnt how to ride a bike!!!! Years of embarrassment because I didn't how to ride a bike is finally over!!! *wipes tears of joy* 

My dad and aunt taught me, Matt and josh on that day :-) and Joshua learnt how to do it in like 5 minutes!!!! Like in the bike shop he learnt how to ride already!!! I was in disbelief. Took me much longer to learn how to ride a bike on the other hand, because I was so scared of falling!! My dad gave me a lot of tips, of which, if you're scared, move faster. I was like pap!!!! How??? In the end his advice worked and now I can ride a bike!!! It's still slightly scary for me because it's like I can lose my balance anytime or something. I crashed into a plant pretty embarrassingly because there were quite a few people around me. The left brake of my bike broke but I was fine!!! Thank God hehe :-) felt extremely accomplished, the experience was a lot more thrilling than sitting on a roller coaster ironically. My logic is that you can easily fall off a bike but on a roller coaster you have all these safety measures that you practically can't fall off. The day ended with a birthday dinner for my dear brother Matthew at jumbo!!! The chilli crab there is my favorite :-)))) the day was super fulfilling I had a really really good meal :')

Packed my room quite a bit. In fact I can quite safely say that this is the neatest my room has ever been as long as I can remember :-)


A day after training when I had to wait for my mum. I over exceeded my data limit so I have no wifi outside the house.. So I've been turning taking to selfies to take up my time hahaha 


Studying with Lou and sop the other day and we were super amazed by airdrop. It's really awesome and Lou sent me this pretty pict!! ♥♥♥♥
Last v day at mg!!! Coincidentally it was he last day of cny as well. I have successfully documented 15 days of my life in one post haha. I love cny!! I'm sad it's over but it's alright!!! :-))

Thank God for all the sweet sweet people he has put in my life.. Like they bother to write me a note and stuff.. Really nice of them.. :-) 

Today I went for church and attended night service. It was a really good sermon and it really spoke a lot to me :-) mark 12:1-27 :-) really thankful for my cell leader Qiu Ru who prayer and ministered to me!! I am going to live life changed and I'm not going to be afraid! :-) ♥ ♥

Haha the pictures are all shifted to the left and I don't know how to edit it on my phone.. And I don't wanna risk deleting everything haha. I'll do it on the desktop someday. Please excuse my english haha

I CAN'T BELIEVE IM ALREADY 15 this is awesome. The past few days have been so amazing and so relaxing cause post exam hahahaha! I thank God I don't have to study so hard anymore temporarily and that rest has come! YAY!! <3

Wow... I can't believe it's been so long since I last typed on this thing. I promise I will be back! In a week's time, after my end-of-years. Time has really flown by so fast, with barely any time to take a breath. I have sooooooo much to say. This year has been so full and so amazing. So challenging and so much growth. Father, I would just like to thank for all these. For being by my side throughout this entire year. For never giving up on me, for always being gracious towards me. For your assurance and comfort, as well as your peace and love. Thank you Lord. ♥


I wanted to blog so much, but there's always so many things to do. Tons of to-do lists, never ending erm tasks. I'm just so glad I can finally take a break in 5 days time :) And its 8 days to my birthday!!! I have a love hate relationship with october. On one hand I have to take my exams, on the other, it's my birthday month!!!!!! I guess it's always better to suffer a bit then have a lot of fun later on :-) Hardworking people have the most fun in the end.

Here's some encouragement to those who are to sit for exams :
God promises to help you through, he will give you wisdom to cope, strength to endure and discernment to overcome adversity. "The Lord helps the fallen and those bent beneath their loads. Psalm 145:4"
I've been hanging on to these words for the past few days and it has helped me to trust in the Lord more. God has never failed me. He will never fail you too.

Hello! This is my effort to start blogging again. I've really thought of deleting this blog before because I hardly have the time and I dont really have things to say. I end up rambling and that's what I'm doing again. Thinking back, I've been blogging for a really long time and recently a lot of things have been changing in my life. Not long ago, I had to look for pictures from my cousin's blog so that I could do some sort of photo diary from the day she started living in my house. Admittedly it didn't really turn up the way I wanted it to but  it was really fun just sourcing the pictures and seeing how much my dear coussy has grown. Ahhh... 

12-12-12! People have been raving about dates and stuff okay okay. Spent the special day with some of my favourite friends in the world. We met up for brunch because lunch sounded too late. Mrs lim was around for the brunch. Mrs lim is seriously the nicest teacher in the world, she wanted to pay for our toast but because she was late everyone else already bought their food. I was late so she bought me toast. She's so nice!!! We went to cold storage to buy our groceries and typical jia xun asked if we could barbecue sausages and also joycelin asked if we could buy beer instead of apple juice. Haha!! So much P6 memories it is so nice to finally have a proper reunion ♥♥ When we were done choosing our chips Mrs lim paid for our groceries. She's so nice!!!! So blessed.  
Arrived at marina barrage after a whole confusion of which train to take and everything. Even though during our picnic planning convo we kept talking about bringing kites and bubbles and happy things,  nobody brought kites hahaha. We are still the freeloader class. We played ball and monkey but it got so sweaty after one and a half hour we decided to head down to play at the water fountain instead :) It was a kid's game so no one my age would go and play there. Every time me and my family go to marina barrage we end up at the water fountain so it's a lam thing. Also my brother josh came along and he was so enthusiastic about everything :)) After we played at the water fountain for a short while it started to rain. Thank God it started to rain when we were already drenched! Yeah we called cabs to Carissa's house
Every class outing (nowadays) somebody's camera roll will end up like this. Or your wallpaper will end up looking scary haha! Chef jun hong barbecued all the good food. Every time we come to Carissa's house, it's always yummy food and fun time. After dinner we just sat around, played billiard and laughed. 

I look sun burnt!!! And I think I was, today I was a shade darker :(( All the happy faces and keefe claims he cannot smile properly. 
I can't really remember any thing else but I had a really good day of laughing and yummy food. The only thing that could've made the day better is when my dad came to fetch me since my brother was with me. Yay no need to wait for bus and wait for the app to load and everything yay!!! Yep thank you guys for being so nice, taking care of my bro and everything. And mrs lim!! I dont know why I'm suddenly thanking people on my blog but I'm really glad and grateful!! And carissa for being so nice and generous!!! ♥

Spent Monday and tuesday with my dear cousin. Nowadays ever since she moved, I've been spending so little time with her. Last time when we went out together it would be so boring because we both would be using our phones so much and also we were sick of each other. Nowadays when I see her, I dont know it's a different feeling and now I kind of miss the times we spent together. We had ramen with another one of my cousins at star vista. The ramen was... The first bite would be like omg this is sooooo good!!!! Then halfway through the bowl you start to get sick of the rich taste and then you realise they must have put so much unhealthy pork and everything in the soup to make it taste so gooey. Or maybe we thought the ramen was good at first because we were hungry. Yep. Tomorrow i'll be doing cip with soppy and gracey at willing hearts!! Can't wait to see them!! They had an outing at kidsamaze on 12-12-12 too but I couldn't go cause I agreed to go for my P6 reunion earlier and carissa would smack me. Yeahh but you know in life, you dont always get what you want

hello! I am finally gonna blog about going to Taiwan!! I went to Taiwan in June and it was really really fun. I cant fully remember what I did so Im just gonna post pictures... I havent taken a plane sinceee going to Sarawak. That doesnt really count cause it was budget airways. I think for the first in maybe 4 years we took Singapore airlines!!! With TV and nice ice cream :D :D 

It was a 4 hour flight. We arrived at Taipei!

Went for dinner at one of the Jap restaurants near our hotel.

This is literally the best chawanmushi (im not sure how to spell it) I've ever tried. I used to think the one in sushi tei was the best but this one was sooooooo good. After our very full dinner, everything we ordered was just really good but there was too much of it, we went shopping! We shopped near our hotel. Shopping there was a lot like shopping in bugis street, just a little more expensive and like they're a lot of repeated things. We still managed to get some stuff though!

This is the next day already! We went to xiao ren guo which means little people world. It was very boring though the main part of it was the little structures of famous buildings around the world but it was very boring. There was a theme park too but it was very meh and was too crowded. Spent the whole afternoon there then returned to hotel and ate cup noodles for dinner.

We took the mrt from xi men ding to.. i dont really remember but our main destination was Shi lin night market! You know the one we eat chicken from???
The same as the cards we use here when we forget our ez link card, just more cute and smarter. Here we have to deposit the card which is really troublesome but at taiwan all you have to do is put the coin into the machine!

Shi lin night market was okayish... Not so nice passable still kinda expensive. Taiwanese have this thing where they price everything at 199 or 299 or 399. They never ever round off.

Day 3!! This is where we have breakfast every morning at the hotel. I love the first hotel its so cozy and there's not too many people. The breakfast feels so home cooked and its really yummy. We drank the hot soy milk every day :))

We went to this place called baby boss HERE. I cant describe it you have to go to the link. I havent had so much fun as a kid for the longest time. People say they like childish things like meh pink baby soft toys but i really like childish things! Like baby theme parks and baby arts and craft and fun stuff like that! Im really very kiddy at heart. Its super embarrassing to admit but it was so much fun and this probably beat all the shopping and milk tea i guess. One day as a kid OH MAN. The age limit was 15 so I could still go in but like the average age there was 8. Even my second bro didnt wanna play cause he thought it was too lame but it was really fun. I even kept the little cards they gave us every time we completed a job :')


Okay this was the morning before we went into baby boss. 

Had omu rice for the first time!! Then I was still fresh from watching Rooftop prince.
Yummy ice cream! After baby boss it was really pretty late but i cannot remember if me and my mum went shopping again or we went home...
Day4! Half the holiday was already over :(( We took a bullet train to this place called Tai chung!
Went to this restaurant for lunch :)
It was called carton king and almost everything there was made from paper. That is their logo!

I am proud to say.. Carton king is not one of those places where only the decoration is really nice, so is the food. It was soooooo good. I dont know what to say about it even the appetizer and the dessert was really good. It was so nice... Really one of the best meals ever and again every thing from paper.

I read one of the wishes and it was really touching. I think the front was written by the husband and the back by the wife. 
Ahhh this place was so pretty like the ambiance of everything was really nice and the food was really good and it wasnt so crowded. After our lunch we just lazed around then at night we went to Feng jia night market! This was the best night market! If you're looking for clothes this one is the best one! Like almost everything $10 and things made in Taiwan are most of the time made of good quality. Especially the shoes a lot of the shoes I bought from taiwan they're very comfortable! 
Best milk tea from the whole trip. Some one told me they have it here in singapore too but im not sure where. So yummy and only $2!!

Day 5!! Took a cab from Taichung to Qing jing! Which is really beautiful! It was on the mountains!!

My phone ran out of battery soon after this picture but there were so many other pretty sights. I saw a peach tree for the first time in my life!!! It was really sad we couldnt stay on the mountains for too long we had to go down the next morning :( We planned to play with the sheep!! But our hotel person she was really nice and very good service like she's really professional and she really goes the extra mile to help. It's not everyday you meet people like her. For dinner we had steamboat. It was really good again. 4 different steamboat soups kimchi cheese and some other things. I dont even know why at that time I complained about too much food.
Yup we went back to Taichung the very next day and it was another cozy hotel.

We spent the whole day using our phones/watching Tv, cause we couldnt do anything else because of the typhoon. I should have taken a video of the clouds. They were moving so fast. And oh, this is from this girl's tumblr blueprintsofhermagic.tumblr.com She's a very talented writer I love reading what she writes. Her tumblr has a lot of pictures too but I usually skip all of them. Her passion for dance and literature is amazing 

We stayed in the hotel the whole day. Except for occasionally going to buy bubble tea.

Next day before flying off!


haha I had to take another picture of aeroplane :) We watched so many movies at Taiwan we stayed up till 1 everyday because of some movie. I wrote down our list of movie on a piece of paper. 1. this means war 2. perfect two (taiwanese) 3. Iron man 2 4. fast 5 5. Thor (a little) 6. Kingdon of heaven 7. 3 kings 8. bean 9. Dear john (which I watched on the plane!!!) All the movies here were good, except this means war was kind of boring. Ahhh I really miss taiwan!! ♥

I just finished my common tests. And I have e learning today so that's the only reason why I have time to use the computer. June was a really really good month for me. July was really happening too, especially for my church. July was kind of really stressful period. I wish I could still rewind to June and spend my days lazing around.
