brownie cookies to be collected tmr!!
I made a count, only 5 people out of 21 people are people in sch
so i box 6 tins
means carrying 4 boxes
SIAN!!!!!!!!

and after i deliver the tin to people in sch
i still hv 3 boxes
haix..

Shit...
abt BROWNIES...'
every one noes im idiotic at sports.
theres the cheering, fancy bag , poster and telematch
i chose cheering
but cheering not enough ppl
so teacher changed me to TELEMATCH
!@#$%^&*()

for the sake of those who dun understand wht telematch means
that means Sports!!!!
running, jumping, kicking and all sorts of sport stuff
i hate IT to the core

i'll stop then after complaining...

k, found this interesting recipe online, wanted to share..

Apple Pie Ala Mode
INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 7 cups thinly sliced apples
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 9-inch pie crusts
  • 4 tablespoons milk(optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream(per serving)\

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
  2. Mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon peel.
  3. Line one crust in a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan. Layer 1/3 of apples into pie crust. Sprinkle with the sugar mixture and repeat until done. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and dot with butter.
  4. Place second pie crust on top of filling and flute the edges. Cut vents in top crust and brush with milk for a glazed appearance if desired.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 40 to 50 minutes.
  6. Let cool and serve each slice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
